Art therapy is a direction in psychotherapy and psychological correction, based on the application of art and creativity for therapy. Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which art and creativity are used to improve a person's physical, psychological and emotional well-being. This approach includes the use of various artistic techniques and materials, such as painting, drawing, sculpting, collage, music, dance, etc. During art therapy, a person has the opportunity to express their feelings, emotions and thoughts through art, which contributes to their self-expression and psychological healing.
